Payment
Payment made by Master card, Visa, American Express or Discover will be charged at the time of booking. Cashiers Check or Money Order must be sent prior to booking of reservations, quote will be created and held until payment is cleared.

Changes
Changes can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival by calling and speaking with a reservation agent.

Cancellation
 If you do not purchase Cancellation Coverage you can cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival with only a 10% fee retained. Cancellation of reservations within 72 hours of arrival we have to negotiate with the lodging facilities and theaters to get you a refund.

Cancellation Coverage Protection
Cancellation Coverage is available at the time of placing the order in the amount of  $19.95. If you purchase Cancellation Coverage you can cancel up to the morning of your arrival with no penalty.  Anytime after noon on the day of arrival we will refund what the theaters and lodging facilities will allow less at 10% processing fee.. The Cost Of The Cancellation Coverage Protection Is Non-Refundable.

Rates
All rates are quoted in U.S. currency and all packages, show and lodging prices will have taxes added at the time of booking.

Delivery of Vouchers
All vouchers for shows, meals and activities will be delivered prior to your arrival at the lodging facility, they can also be mailed out or you can pick them up at our welcome center located at 574 State Hwy 248 located conveniently off of Hwy 65. There is a $10.00 fee for ticket delivery.

Responsibility
Branson Ticket Agency acts solely as an agent for booking your lodging, entertainment and other services. We do not assume liability for injury, damage, loss or accident due to delay in transportation, acts of companies or individuals rendering services. Anything included in packages, prices, services are due to change because of cancellation, schedule changes or conditions beyond our control, and will be replaced with something of equal value or refunded at cost. There are no refunds on any unused portion of your package after arrival unless the lodging facility or theater allows such a refund and processing fees will be retained.

Time Share - Vacation Clubs

Branson Ticket Agency offers cash back offers for customers that are interested in visiting one of Branson's premier vacation resorts or vacation clubs. "You do not have to participate in one of these offers to receive discount lodging or ticketing." There are customers who enjoy visiting these properties and taking advantage of the $120 Cash Back offers. Participants must meet the providers qualififications upon arriving at the resort or club presentation.
